No Battery |
Just like HP won't give you a usb cable with your printer, sony don't sell you a Lithium (CR2025) battery with this product. Both are useless without these components. The battery costs just a couple of pounds so I just dont understand why they cause so much hassle in not supplying it. Dissatisfied. When I eventually get around to getting a battery I'll let you know how well it works.
Also amazon (or the supplier.. who knows which) took ~4 days longer to get it to me than promised.

No improvement on built-in mic |
| I purchased this along with the Olympus DS-330 digital voice recorder. The Sony microphone does not perform badly, just not any better than the built-in microphone on the Olympus. |
