Phone is no good. |
| This phone is horrible, it does not provide all the services that is described. Buying it was a complete waste of my money. I do not recommend it. If there were zero stars, it would have gotton a (-10). |

AT&T: a name in history (nothing more) |
| Whatever happened to the AT&T I remember -- the engineering paragon that helped make the US the world's envy? It's apparently long gone, hopelessly withered to merely a marketing agency for horribly mismanufactured Chinese rubbish. This phone is an example. The most glaring flaw, obvious to anyone: the keypad is printed in light brown ("champagne" in BS ad-speak) on dark gray rubber. It's almost illegible when new, and the brown paint or ink is guaranteed to wear off in short order. How much more idiotic can it get? The LCD is also very low contrast with heavy shadowing -- it's virtually unusable, even with the pitiful backlight. Shame on the greedy fools and government lawyers who ran old AT&T into such a low ditch. |

Defective LED, Great Phone Book |
I got this phone along with three additional handsets for Christmas and was very pleased with the simplicity of set-up and programming. In March one of the handset began losing some of its LED display on the screen. It is now April and the entire LED is completely blank. We have not done anything outside of its normal use to cause such a malfunction. I will try to contact the Manufacturer and see if they will replace this defective handset under Warranty or not.
Other than this flaw, the rest of the phone(s) work great. The speakerphone feature is excellent, and so is the clarity in the calls. My favorite part about these phones is that you only need to program a Phone Book entry into one handset and it automatically populates into any additional handsets you have. |
